Total Quality Management (Tqm) in Pharmaceutical Industry

This book is an attempt to study how the synergetic combination of Total Quality Management practices in pharmaceutical companies create the impact in organizational development and change in the pharmaceutical industry and radical changes to the society. The prominence has been on increasing focus on Total Quality Management Practices and its challenges of implementation.
