INTRODUCTION Youths' nature is said to be full of innovativeness and creativity. In modern world psychological well-being of young adults is adversely affected because they are facing physical and mental challanges. In the present changing world they are unable to adjust themselves in educational, social and vocational settings. High rates of mental disorders had been recorded among college going students (Gallagher, 2008; Mackenzie et al., 2011). Undergraduate showed higher distress level than common people (Sarokhani et al., 2013).
