Originally written in Spanish the novel comes in two sections. The first part was published in 1605, and the second in 1651. It is one of the most classics, that was originally a parody inspired by chivalric romances. It takes you into the mindset of an aging knight who becomes obsessed with romances, taking him over to a point where he hops on his old horse on a new endeavor.
