The Electric Pressure Cooker Journal

My electric pressure cooker has turned out to be one of my most beloved tools of my kitchen. There are a ton of brands and styles out on the market. Mine is a six-quart Instant Pot I bought about three years ago after watching some Youtube videos exclaiming how great they are. Since then it sees action at least once a week if not more. I still find and try new recipes all the time. But, most of the time I use it to prepare staple base foods, as I like to call them. Beans from dry, rice and pasta, and potatoes. Oh, and I can't forget my weekly making of fresh and all-natural vegetable stock. Before becoming vegan, I used it quite a bit for bone broths and different meat-based soup stocks. I put a section in the back where I give my cooking methods and settings for several of these.But the main part of this book will be to fill in your discovery of favorite recipes for your electric pressure cooker journey. The first part is a table of contents where you can create a master list of all your favorite recipes to give you quick and easy access to where they might be in the book.Next will be the main bulk of the book. It will be an area to log your recipes from pressure cooker settings, ingredients, and enough room to go through the entire meal prep procedure. I've seen other recipe books that cut back on the area to fully explain everything that goes into the meal prep. I knew from the start I wanted to leave enough room to fully explain everything.I hope you enjoy the end creation and it serves you well.
