Mart Susi is Professor of Human Rights Law at Tallinn University, Estonia.
Arturs Kucs is Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of International and European Law, University of Latvia, and judge at the Constitutional Court of Latvia.
Eirikur Jonsson is Professor and Vice Dean of the Faculty at the University of Iceland, Iceland.
Jukka Viljanen is an Adjunct Professor of Human Rights Law at the University of Tampere, Finland.
