Yamashita Tsunemi, affectionately known as Ami, is often seen behind the counter at Chef's Yamashita's, greeting guests with her signature jovial smile. She is the woman behind the highly successful Chef Masataka Yamashita, and together, they run their Japanese artisan patisserie, which they lovingly set up in 2014.
