Di McLanachan is the best-selling author of 'NLP for Business Excellence' and has also written
'Customer Care in a Week' for Hodder. She has been using and teaching a wide range of Influencing Skills techniques for many years, including the language patterns encapsulated in NLP methodologies. Di has run her own training business since 1993 and is a professional public speaker. In both of these capacities, influence and persuasion skills have been vital 'tools of the trade' for her continued success.
