作者簡介

David Shaw worked in fashion buying for over 20 years for some of the UK's largest fashion retailers. A pioneer of several of the first fashion buying courses, David is now an academic, consultant trainer and writer.

Dimitri Koumbis has been in the retail sector for over 15 years, working in the merchandising management and store design sectors for various fast-fashion retailers such as Banana Republic and Urban Outfitters. He left corporate retail to pursue a career in academia and currently teaches various college level courses in contemporary retail environments, retail entrepreneurship and visual merchandising and store design at the Art Institute of New York, USA.

Dimitri is also the Co-Founder of Bishop Collective, a NYC-based ecommerce retailer that focuses on onshoring manufacturing initiatives and advocates for stronger corporate social responsibility among retailers within the United States. Dimitri holds a BSD in Interior Design and BA in Design Management from Arizona State University and a MA in Graphic Design from Savannah College of Art and Design.
