Each sprint will start with an inspirational kickoff, followed by prompts and pages to be filled in day by day. Mixed throughout, readers will find features focused on artists and non-artists who have completed sprints, as well as inspirational quotes. At the end of each sprint, a couple of pages recap the challenge and encourage reflection.

作者簡介
Noah Scalin is an artist and activist. He has authored multiple books on design and creativity, including 365: A Daily Creativity Journal and Unstuck, and traveled the world bringing his message of creative potential and design activism to everyone from incarcerated teenagers to Fortune 500 executives. He founded Another Limited Rebellion with the idea that he could make a living doing what he enjoyed and effect positive change in the world. The company has since worked for a variety of businesses and individuals to help them develop their own creative practices, including Glass at GoogleX, GE Global Learning, Gap, Coca-Cola, and many more. A graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, Noah started his career as the Art Director for Troma Entertainment and Avirex Clothing. His artwork is collected internationally and has been exhibited in numerous museums and galleries, including the Mutter Museum in Philadelphia, the International Museum of Surgical Science in Chicago, and Krause Gallery in NYC.
