Human Centered Management in Executive Education provides a comprehensive insight on innovation in executive education. Maria-Teresa Lepeley is President of Global Institute for Quality Education, United States as well as an International lecturer and consultant in participatory leadership. Her interests include quality management for sustainability in education and business, human capital and women in entrepreneurship.

Ernst von Kimakowitz is Director of the Humanistic Management Center, think-thank, learning institution and advisory firm on business ethics and corporate responsibility, and Director of Ethics First, an Executive Education Provider. In addition to general questions of business ethics his topical foci are humanistic management, stakeholder engagement, development theory and impact investing.

Roland Bardy is Executive Professor of General Management and Leadership at Florida Gulf Coast University, US. His areas of interest are accounting, supply chain management, leadership, business ethics and sustainable development. Roland also promotes philosophy of responsible leadership through Wittenberg Center for Global Ethics in Germany.
