Transboundary Pollution ― Evolving Issues of International Law and Policy

Editors Jayakumar, Koh, Beckman, and Phan present students, academics, researchers, and professionals working in a wide variety of contexts with a collection of academic papers and scholarly articles focused on the legal principles governing pollution globally and the contemporary use of the law to govern pollution internationally. The editors have organized the thirteen contributions that make up the main body of the text in three parts devoted to general principles and state responsibility regarding transboundary pollution, transboundary pollution problems and prospects, and cooperative mechanisms for addressing transboundary pollution.
