She is the author ofMarkets of New England.
SARAH WALDMAN is a home cook, certified health counselor, recipe developer, and mother. She cooks with seasonal, healthful, whole foods and is inspired by the farms and ocean around her island home. She attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and she has since followed her strong desire to educate and inspire busy families in finding simple healthy lifestyles as a holistic health counselor. Sarah's recipes have been showcased on numerous blogs and publications, includingFine Cooking, My New Roots, and Mom.me. She shares weekly recipes in her hometown newspaper, theMartha's Vineyard Times, and blogs at TwoBlueLemons.com.
