《商務英語教程(經貿報刊選讀篇十二五高等院校商務英語專業精品教材)》稿共50單元，內容涵蓋企業和社會、產品、營銷、生產管理、人力資源管理、財務管理、電子商務、國際貿易等諸多領域，針對閱讀中的難點，每單元結尾有Notes（注釋）加以說明，便于讀者掌握工商詞匯和術語。本書稿可供高校工商管理、涉外經濟貿易及商務英語等專業使用，也可作為英語專業的閱讀教材，幫助學生獲取企業運作和國際貿易等知識。
作者簡介
時秀梅，遼寧大連人，1974年生，大連外國語大學應用英語學院副教授、經濟學博士。1996年畢業于遼寧師范大學外國語學院英語語言文學專業，獲文學學士學位；2007年獲東北財經大學經濟學碩士學位；2008年考入中央財經大學商學院攻讀跨國公司管理專業博士學位，師從著名學者王巾英教授，主修跨國公司管理、中國涉外經濟理論與政策研究；2009年11月至2011年11月獲國家留學基金委資助在美國加州大學歐文分校(UniversityofCaliforniaIrvine)做訪問學者，主要研修跨國企業的跨文化管理；2012年6月獲中央財經大學經濟學博士學位。自1996年參加工作以來，一直在高校從事與商務英語專業相關課程的教學和科研工作。主要研究方向為跨國公司跨文化管理、企業文化、商業廣告語言修辭等。目前已在《中國管理科學》、《科研管理》、InternationalJournalofBusinessandMarlagenlent等國內外學術期刊發表論文35篇；主編或副主編《國際金融理論與實務》、《投資銀行學》、《投資銀行業務》、《商務交際英語口語——商務交流篇》、《商務交際英語口語——商戰實務篇》、《管理學》等教材及教輔書籍共18本；出版《荷蘭建筑師作品集》、《150全球最佳住宅設計》等譯著4部；主持或參與國家級和省部級教研與科研項目共8項。
