作者簡介
Marion D. Hartmann studied law at the Humboldt University of Berlin and at the Universite de Geneve. She completed the LL.M. program at Duke University (USA), and the legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg. She received her doctorate from the Humboldt University of Berlin and currently works as a corporate attorney of law in Hamburg.
