作者簡介
James L. Bess is Professor Emeritus at New York University, USA. He has been teaching and conducting research in the field of higher education organization and administration for more than thirty years. He‘s also held a number of administrative positions in three universities and consultancies in many others.
Jay R. Dee is Associate Professor of Higher Education at University of Massachusetts, Boston, USA. He’s also served in several administrative and governance positions, and currently serves as the Director of the Higher Education Doctoral Program at UMass Boston.
