作者簡介
BILLIE OLIVER and BOB PITT have worked together at the University of the West of England, UK, for the past 15 years. They were both Lecturers and Programme Managers on the Diploma in Community & Youth Work and the Diploma for Connexions Personal Advisers, and now teach on the Foundation Degree in Working with Children, Young People and Families and the BSc Social Work. Both Billie and Bob have practitioner backgrounds in community education and the community/voluntary sector.
