實用英語(化機方向)（簡體書）

《實用英語:化機方向》適合高職高專完成基礎英語階段學習的化工設備維修技術專業學生使用。

遼寧石化職業技術學院是於2002年經遼寧省政府審批，遼寧省教育廳與中國石油錦州石化公司聯合創辦的與石化產業緊密對接的獨立高職院校，2010年被確定為首批建設的“國家骨幹高職院校立項建設單位”。多年來，學院深入探索教育教學改革，不斷創新人才培養模式。
2007年，以于雷教授《高等職業教育工學結合人才培養模式理論與實踐》報告為引領，學院正式啟動工學結合教學改革，評選出10名工學結合教學改革能手，奠定了項目化教材建設的人才基礎。
2008年，制定7個專業工學結合人才培養方案，確立21門工學結合改革課程，建設13門特色校本教材，完成了項目化教材建設的初步探索。
2009年，伴隨遼寧省示範校建設，依託校企合作體制機制優勢，多元化投資建成特色產學研實訓基地，提供了項目化教材內容實施的環境保障。
2010年，以戴士弘教授《高職課程的能力本位項目化改造》報告為切入點，廣大教師進一步解放思想、更新觀念，全面進行項目化課程改造，確立了項目化教材建設的指導理念。
2011年，圍繞國家骨幹校建設，學院聘請李學鋒教授對教師系統培訓“基於工作過程系統化的高職課程開發理論”，校企專家共同構建工學結合課程體系，骨幹校各重點建設專業分別形成了符合各自實際、突出各自特色的人才培養模式，並全面開展專業核心課程和帶動課程的項目導向教材建設工作。
學院整體規劃建設的“項目導向系列教材”包括骨幹校5個重點建設專業（石油化工生產技術、煉油技術、化工設備維修技術、生產過程自動化技術、工業分析與檢驗）的專業標準與課程標準，以及52門課程的項目導向教材。該系列教材體現了當前高等職業教育先進的教育理念，具體體現在以下幾點：
在整體設計上，擯棄了學科本位的學術理論中心設計，採用了社會本位的崗位元工作任務流程中心設計，保證了教材的職業性；
在內容編排上，以對行業、企業、崗位的調研為基礎，以對職業崗位群的責任、任務、工作流程分析為依據，以實際操作的工作任務為載體組織內容，增加了社會需要的新工藝、新技術、新規範、新理念，保證了教材的實用性；
在教學實施上，以學生的能力發展為本位，以實訓條件和網絡課程資源為手段，融教、學、做為一體，實現了基礎理論、職業素質、操作能力同步，保證了教材的有效性；
在課堂評價上，著重過程性評價，弱化終結性評價，把評價作為提升再學習效能的反饋工具，保證了教材的科學性。
目前，該系列校本教材經過校內應用已收到了滿意的教學效果，並已應用到企業員工培訓工作中，受到了企業工程技術人員的高度評價，希望能夠正式出版。根據他們的建議及實際使用效果，學院組織任課教師、企業專家和出版社編輯，對教材內容和形式再次進行了論證、修改和完善，予以整體立項出版，既是對我院幾年來教育教學改革成果的一次總結，也希望能夠對兄弟院校的教學改革和行業企業的員工培訓有所助益。

You often hear that your work attitude determines how high you can climb the corporate ladder.But at a junior level that you are now,what are some of the attitudes you can work on? Be courteous.You won't believe the number of people who forget this basic attitude.Basic courtesy with words like"Please"and"Thank You"are vital in the work place.Good manners at work are good working attitude.Do not hide behind excuses like you are too stressed at work that you forget those words.
2.Humility
Be humble when conducting yourself in the office.This is an often-overlooked attitude that can bring you far in the corporate world.Be courteously respectful of people in the office no matter what their rank and designation.
Do be cautious about fake humility when improving on this attitude.There are people who fake humility in order to draw attention to themselves.Sincerity is an important aspect of humility.Be sincere when you are trying to improve this attitude.
3.Professional
Being professional is a whole topic on its own.But for career newbies,be very conscious you need to have a professional working attitude.For starters,dressing correctly is part of a professional work attitude.Do not carry the casual dress code to the limits.Most workplaces have a clearly defined dress code.
