Richard Pringle is Lecturer in the School of Critical Studies in Education at the University of Auckland.
Bob Rinehart is Associate Professor of Sport and Leisure Studies at the University of Waikato.
Jayne Caudwell is Senior Lecturer at the Chelsea School, University of Brighton.
