東台綠色林徑遊：台東自然步道導覽

台東地區開發少，全區自然度高，依山傍海，向來為大自然愛好者的參訪聖地，因其有著綺麗的海岸線及獨特的自然生態資源，而且台東是一個多元文化、族群融合的地方，台東林區管理處為了提供遊客知性與感性兼具的步道巡禮，特別編著「東台綠色林徑遊-台東步道導覽」書，內容對於台東各條步道歷史、特色景觀、帶表性生物、地形景觀和景點介紹。

Taitung has relatively fewer developed areas with a high degree of naturalness. Situated close to the mountains and the ocean, it has always been a Mecca for nature enthusiasts. Aside from magnificent coastline and unique ecological resources, Taitung is also a culturally diverse place with a wonderful fusion of diverse ethnicity. Numerous culturally and naturally abundant ancient trails were created for the purposes of political management and trading. In an effort to provide the visitors with further knowledge and sentiment towards the trails, the Forestry Bureau’s Taitung District Office has published the Eastern Taiwan Green Trails: Taitung Trail Guidebook. The book not only provides exquisite photos and exposition for the history, unique landscape, iconic biology, terrain and scenic spots of Taitung’s trails, but also features an introduction of the local culture, history, legend and allusion. It is hoped that through this book, more people will be able to gain a deeper understanding of every detail of this land while enjoying the serenity of the trail, and establish a symbiotic relationship between people and nature.
