The International Association for the Study of Dreams held a conference in Berkeley, California in the summer of 2005 where the 19 essays here were first presented as papers. Scholars of the sibling religions, of course, but also of anthropology, law, and psychology explore how both traditions believe in the religious potency and practical usefulness of dreams.
