Dr. Brian A. Griffith is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Human and Organizational Development at Peabody College, Vanderbilt University. Professor Griffith earned a Ph.D. in Counselor Education from the University of South Carolina in 1998 and teaches courses in human development, small group behavior, and counseling. In 2003, Professor Griffith was given the Peabody Award for Excellence in Classroom Teaching, an award given every three years to the faculty member who has demonstrated the highest caliber of teaching. In 2006, he was awarded the Madison Sarratt Prize for Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching, one of three awards given annually to the top teachers at Vanderbilt University.

Dr. Mark D. Cannon is an Associate Professor of Leadership and Organizations at Peabody College, Vanderbilt University.? Dr. Cannon holds an A.M. in Psychology and a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Harvard University.? He teaches courses on work team management, learning organizations, executive coaching, and organizational theory and behavior.? He is the co-editor of Organizational Psychology (Vols. 1-3).? He has published on actionable feedback, learning from failure, coaching leaders in transition, and pay-for-performance.? He is widely sought as a management consultant and executive coach.?
