作者簡介

JEFF and JODIE MORGAN are co-owners of Covenant Winery, where they produce what wine critic Robert Parker has called “the world’s finest kosher wines.” Jeff is a former instructor at the Culinary Institute of America and ex-West Coast editor for Wine Spectator; Jodie is the former executive director of the American Institute of Food and Wine (AIWF). They are the authors of seven previous cookbooks, including Dean & Deluca: The Food and Wine Cookbook. Jeff, Jodie, and Covenant Wines have been the subject of features in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, the Forward, and on epicurious.com. They have also been featured on ABC News and the Today show. The Morgans live near their winery in downtown Berkeley, California.
