作者簡介

This book is designed to achieve a better understanding of the capacity of ICT and the contributions that ICT can best make to English learning and teaching within and across an EFL curriculum, to encourage change in teachers and school leadership through reflecting on their practice and learning to teach with ICT, involving both theoretical debates and practical demonstrations. 本書分析現代信息科技有效提升語言教學的方式和學生學習成效。探索最大限度用現代信息科技輔助和提升語言教學的條件與路徑,有助于學校和教師更有效地發揮現代信息科技的功能與作用。 作者簡介:Dr.Zhao Hongqin obtained her Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from the South-West Teachers University (now South-West University). She Taught English as a Foreign/Second Language (EFL/ESL) for 10 years in cross sectors. With that experience, she took up a Master's study in Educational Technology at the University of Bath, UK, and then continued with her Doctorial study in Teachers' knowledge with a life-history narrative methodology. She was awarded her Ph.D. degree from the Department of Education, the University of Bath in 2007. Her areas of research interest include the culture of education, teachers' work and professional development, ICT-assisted language teaching and learning, experience in life-long learning, as well as qualitative research methodologies (e.g. life-history narrative and auto- ethnography).
