Tim Ambler spent thirty years in business and was joint managing director and marketing director of International Distillers and Vintners (IDV), where he was associated with the development of global brands such as Bailey’s Irish Cream, Le Piat d’Or and Smirnoff vodka. He was then a senior research fellow at London Business School where he taught marketing and also business in China. He is currently a Fellow of the Adam Smith Institute.

Morgen Witzel is an internationally known writer, lecturer and thinker on the problems of management. For the past fourteen years he has taught at the University of Exeter Business School and been part of the teaching faculty group at their innovative One Planet MBA Programme; he also lectures at Exeter’s Strategy and Security Institute.. He is a Fellow of the University's Centre for Leadership Studies, and of the Royal Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce.

Chao Xi is Associate Professor, Faculty of Law, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, where he concurrently serves as Assistant Dean for Graduate Studies and Director of LLM Programmes.
