CHIP R. BELL is a senior partner with Performance Research Associates, Inc., and manages their Dallas, Texas office. An internationally-known speaker, he is the author or co-author of ten books including Customers As Partners, Managing Knock Your Socks Off Service, Instructing for Results, and Understanding Training. Dr. Bell has served as a consultant or trainer to such major organizations as IBM, GE, Microsoft, Motorola, 3M, Marriott, Cadillac, Blockbuster Video, GTE, and Victoria's Secret.
