國際私法基本文件

本書編纂主要收納我國於2010年5月修正通過之涉外民事法律適用法所參考的所有外國相關立法及國際規範，以方便各界參考援用便利。國際私法相關國際規範相當多，並無全部加以收納之必要。本冊主要收納原則有幾：
一、 本次涉外民事法律適用法修正理由中，所有曾經參考過之外國立法例及國際規範文書；
二、 國際私法各相關法制修正，如修正理由未參考外國立法例，則納入國際主要相關規範；
三、 最近數年相關國際立法，例如歐盟2007年羅馬II及2008年羅馬I等；
四、 其他值得納入者，例如美國法律整編_法律衝突法_第二版。
以上總計收納七國家立法(包括義、奧、日、德、中、瑞、美)及十九個國際公約或規範，總計約550頁。為便於交互參考，儘量以中英對照或中外英文對照方式呈現。各國立法也儘量納入最新修正，例如瑞士聯邦國際私法即採2011年生效版。
