She is now a freelance editor and writer living on Cape Cod with her husband and two lovable mutts, Jack and Ginger.

Nicholas Kole grew up traveling in Europe with a sketchbook in his hand, and has since made his home in New England. In 2009, he graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design with the a degree in Illustration. He now works from a cozy studio on the west end of Providence, where he designs characters and illustrations for video games, animation, comics, and books like this one!
