有機栽培之病害防治技術

早期的農業生產就是有機農業，在當時沒有化學農藥及化學肥料的使用，所以有機農業也可算是復古農業。近代農業專家只想到作物要收成快、產量多，於是大量使用化肥、農藥而沒有想到對土壤和自然生態及地力不斷下降，反映在作物上就是病蟲害問題愈來愈嚴重，而農民的對應辦法只是投入更多農藥，於是惡性循環。台灣地處熱帶與亞熱帶，氣候高溫多濕，適合多種病害的發生與傳播，冬季又乏低溫來降低病原菌之密度，因病害問題影響農產品之產量與品質，經常造成農民損失。自從化學藥劑問世後，基於速效與生產成本之考量，農民多利用化學藥劑防治病害，而忽略其他的防治策略。農藥的使用對生態環境大多產生負面影響。

Taiwan is situated at the tropics and the subtropics, the climate high temperature is wet, suits the many kinds of plant diseases the occurrence and the dissemination, the winter lacks the low temperature to reduce density of the disease germ, output of and the quality because of the plant disease question influence agricultural product, frequently creates the farmer to lose. Is published since the chemical agent, based on fast-acting consideration with the production cost, the farmer uses the chemical agent preventing and controlling plant disease, but neglects other preventing and controlling strategies. The agricultural chemicals use mostly has the negative influence to the ecological environment.
