大學英語快速閱讀教程(第3冊)（簡體書）

快速閱讀就是指利用視覺運動的規律，通過一定訓練方法，在較短的時間內閱讀大量的書籍、報刊等資料的一種科學的學習方法。快速閱讀這一概念的內涵由閱讀材料的快速性、閱讀材料的無聲性和閱讀方法的科學性構成。
閱讀的時候，必須通過直覺、聯想、想象、邏輯分析和綜合判斷等一系列思維活動，才能把順次進入視覺的一連串文字信號轉換成概念和思想，完成閱讀過程，要完成其過程，必須進行科學閱讀，進行科學閱讀可由快速泛讀、計時閱讀、略讀等方法獲得。
尋讀又稱查讀，同略讀一樣，尋讀也是一種快速閱讀技巧。作為一種快速尋找信息的閱讀技巧，尋讀既要求速度，又要求尋讀的準確性。具體地說，尋讀帶有明確的目的性，有針對性地選擇問題的答案。
本書為大學英語快速閱讀系列第三冊，供大學二年級學生學習使用。全書共10個單元，每個單元設兩部分，每一部分有兩篇閱讀理解文章，涉及教育、科學、社會、文化等方面，每篇文章后面附有配套練習。該書編寫緊扣大學英語教學大綱，匯集最新英語閱讀短文，使學生通過使用本書后，閱讀能力能夠有效提高。
