Depression Free, Naturally to Eliminate Anxiety: The New Mood Therapy

Given today's technology and medicine, I don't think anyone would choose to change their place with our ancestors. And yet the statistics regarding the percentage of those who struggle with clinically diagnosable anxiety and depression are truly staggering. Add to that the number of individuals suffering from stress-related physical and emotional problems, a number that the American Psychological Association puts at nearly seven out of ten people. There are also those who are desperate and cannot find lasting peace because of their painful conditions, be they chronic or temporary.
