The Book of Self-Esteem

I suffer sexual harassment since I was young and due to that they took everything in my life, my friends, my clients, my company, chances of job, money, my self-esteem, my will to live, but I kept walking, I kept fighting. Today, among several things, I'm one of the most renewed martial arts practitioners of the world, I founded companies way better than the one that they took from me, I made friends much better than the ones that betrayed meI had all the reasons of the world to live and at the same time, all the reasons of the world to kill myself and I chose by life. When my world collapsed, and it collapsed several and several times, I chose by keep walking and it was the best decision that I took.One of the reasons that I decided to write this book is because I missed a lot an escape valve, there were moments in my life in which I really thought it was going to be the last. Moments in which reading optimistic phrases didn't help and not always we have someone to ask help or a calm place to go, or else we have shame of talking about it. I hope that the book may cheer you up and that it may do the difference in difficult situations. Also, that it may serve as an escape valve and that above everything, that you laugh a little bit with the situations that I passed and I still pass, because several of them get to be comical.
