Lisa R. Jackson-Cherry, Ph.D., LCPC, NCC, is a professor in the Department of Counseling at Marymount University with primary teaching responsibilities in clinical supervision, crisis intervention, and pastoral integration. Her research and clinical practice areas include crisis intervention and planning, risk assessment, and treating complicated grief and addressing mental health issues of the military and children of fallen law enforcement officers.
