Dr. Vivienne Kruger is a social and cultural historian with a doctorate from Columbia University. She has lived in Bali for many years, where she launched an export business buying and selling luxury goods produced in the villages of Bali, and served as special research consultant for E! Entertainment's "Wild On Bali" television program.
