He publishes mainly on contemporary French philosophy including The Truth (and Untruth) of Language (Duquesne UP, 2010).Karel Novotny is Assistant Professor at the Charles University Prague and Scientific Assistant at the Philosophical Institute of the Czech Academy of Sciences.
