Marta Perry realized she wanted to be a writer at age eight, when she read her first Nancy Drew novel. A lifetime spent in rural Pennsylvania and her own Pennsylvania Dutch roots led Marta to the books she writes now about the Amish. Patricia Davids was born and raised in central Kansas where she still lives today. She works part time as an RN in the NICU where miracles happen every day. Her free time is spent traveling, shopping with her daughter and most importantly, spoiling her grandchildren.
