錢玲、李啟金主編的《旅游情境英語》是面向中等職業學校旅游服務各專業編寫的教材。編寫以“大旅游教學觀”和“實踐能力”為指導原則。“大旅游教學觀”指的是旅游學校的學生應熟悉旅客從開始計劃旅行到游完遠程的全過程，即對涵蓋導游業務、酒店服務、銷售購物以及康體健身等一系列現代旅游所涉及的服務項目有所學習，而不是以往專業教材所側重的專項服務。“實踐能力”則是以崗位職責為編寫線索，以典型的職業工作場景為學習載體，注重培養學生在職業情景下熟練運用英語完成相關服務工作的能力。
