They review existing scheduling models, aspects of the change process, the role of leadership, expected goals and outcomes, and the importance of planning and goal development, then discuss how to deal with those who oppose trimesters and other challenges, components of the schedule, and frequently asked questions. Colleen Moran is an assistant superintendent for the North Montgomery Community School Corporation in Crawfordsville, Indiana.
