肖福壽，1964年生于福建。南京大學英語語言學博士，2005—2006年美國衣阿華大學高級訪問學者，現為上海大學外國語學院教授。 多年來一直從事英語語言和應用語言學的教學與研究工作。已出版《語域特征與英文寫作》、《英語寫作案例教程》、《新視野大學英語視聽說教程1》等10多部著作和教材；在國內外重要刊物發表《英語成語意義新探》等20多篇論文；主持和參與了5項市級和國家級科研項目；曾榮獲全國“郵電系統優秀青年知識分子”、“四川省優秀教師”等10多項獎勵和稱號。
