Patricia Pulliam Phillips is CEO of the ROI Institute. She is the author of the award-winning book The Bottom Line on ROI and coauthor, with Jack Phillips, of several other books, including Return on Investment Basics, The Human Resources Scorecard, and ROI at Work.
