  • Ilya Bonic (; New York, NY) is the President of the Career global business solution at Mercer, a global consulting leader in talent, health, retirement, and investments. Ilya is a recognized thought leader on strategic people management issues.  He is passionate about diversity and inclusion and serves as a champion on Mercer’s internal networks and external advocacy groups.

    Jacques Goulet  is President of Mercer's Retirement, Health, and Benefits business. Previously, he was the Retirement business leader for North America. Jacques joined Mercer in 1988 and has held various consulting and leadership positions over the last 23 years in Canada and Europe until his move to New York at the beginning of 2011. He has worked with clients in a number of industries including health care, transportation, technology and manufacturing providing advice on their global pension and benefit strategies.

    Kate Bravery leads Mercer's Global Practices for the Career business. Her role involves supporting the business’ six professional practices; Talent Strategy, Mobility, Workforce Rewards, Executive Rewards, HR Transformation and Communication. She has over 20 years’ experience in the Human Capital field across 4 continents with deep expertise in Talent Strategy, Leadership Development and the design of integrated HRM solutions for many of Mercer’s global clients.
