作者簡介
Devon Carbado is the Honorable Harry Pregerson Professor of Law at UCLA. He has written for The New York Times, The Nation, and The Huffington Post, among other venues. He is a leading scholar in the area of race and the law and was the Shikes Fellow in Civil Liberties and Visiting Professor of Law at Harvard Law School.
Kimberle Crenshaw is the author of Critical Race Theory and has written for The New York Times, The Washington Post, and The Huffington Post. Crenshaw is a Distinguished Professor of Law at UCLA and Columbia Law Schools and founded and is Executive Director of the African American Policy Forum.
Cheryl B. Harris has written for The New York Times, The Hufftington Post, and The Nation, among other publications and is the author of one of the most influential law review articles, "Whiteness as Property," which was published in the Harvard Law Review.
