作者簡介
Karen Starr is Professor and the Inaugural Chair of School Leadership and Development in the Faculty of Arts and Education, Deakin University, Australia.
Stephanie Chitpin is an Associate Professor of Leadership at the Faculty of Education, University of Ottawa, Canada. She founded the Canadian Principal Learning Network (CPLN) Leadership Research Unit at the University of Ottawa in 2015.
