The Campaign to Save the World's Refugees, 1956-1963 (2011), and co-editor (with Nick Baron) of Homelands: War, Population and Statehood in Eastern Europe and Russia, 1918–1924 (2004).
Nick Baron is Associate Professor in History at the University of Nottingham, UK. He is author of Soviet Karelia: Politics, Planning and Terror in Stalin's Russia, 1920-1939 (2007), The King of Karelia: Col P. J. Woods and the British Intervention in North Russia 1918–1919 (2008) and editor of Nurturing the Nation.
